Board Organization Effectiveness Assessment Policy
The Board is committed to assessing the organization’s performance in order to identify its strengths and areas in which it may improve its functioning.
The Board of Directors will conduct an assessment process every two years to include:
- The completion of an assessment instrument.
- A discussion of the compilation of the results.
- The development of a set of objectives for the following year.
Board of Directors Self Assessment Policy
The Board is committed to assessing its own performance as a Board to identify its strengths and areas in which it may improve its functioning.
The Board of Directors will conduct a self-assessment process every two years to include:
- The completion of an assessment instrument.
- A discussion of the compilation of the results.
- The development of a set of objectives for the next year (or next two years).
