Those of you who know Greenway Network are well familiar with the legacy of Greg Poleski.  He was the founder and driving force behind our organization.  One of the many projects Greg started was the Missouri Paddling Coalition (MOPadCo) which is temporarily covered under the Greenway Network umbrella.  From time to time, as this organization grows, you will see notices, volunteer opportunities and other posts relating to MOPadCo on this page.  We encourage you to participate in all of these activities the same way we do for Greenway Network events.

The Missouri Paddling Coalition is a driven, grass roots organization dedicated to making paddling accessible to everyone.  Member organizations and friends of MOPadCo gather every other month in locations around the state to share information, plan events and support each other and paddling sports in our region.

Mission Statement: To collectively become the source of information/resource about paddling in Missouri (and the surrounding areas). 

Core Values:  Community, Safety, Advocacy.

Outdoor Expo Volunteer form 2024

Use this form to sign up to volunteer at the Gateway Outdoor Expo November 22- 24.

The booth will be located in the paddling/river section of the convention. You will get an email closer to the event with more detailed information about location as it becomes available.

Volunteers are needed to set up the booth, staff the booth during the show hours and then help tear it down at the end of the day on Sunday. We need to have a minimum of one volunteer per time slot. You may sign up for more than one slot. Please be as flexible as possible as we may have to make some adjustments as we move forward. Please be prepared to show up 10-15 minutes before your shift.

Friday Set Up.
Come in early. Hang banners. Arrange the booth. Put out the materials.
Saturday Staffing
Staff the booth. Talk to the public about MOPadCo. Hand out flyers and brochures provided by the member organizations. Keep things tidy.
Sunday Staffing
Staff the booth. Talk to the public about MOPadCo. Hand out flyers and brochures provided by the member organizations. Keep things tidy. Last shift will help tear down at the end of the day.
