September 25, 2021 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m.

From 8:00-9:00 am we will have an opportunity for families with very young children to come out, take their time and do some planting.

Greenway Network  volunteers will be picking up trash, planting, removing invasive plants and doing other needed work on public lands near the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers.

The Cora Island Unit of the US Fish and Wildlife Big Muddy Refuge, the Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources Jones Confluence State Park and the US Army Corps of Engineers Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary need your help conserving and restoring our lands and waters.

Please bring gloves, water bottle and boots or sturdy shoes. We work rain or shine, so bring your sunscreen or rain gear! Come outdoors and join the fun!

This event takes place in various locations in the Confluence region. View locations on the registration form at: https://www.greenwaynetwork.org/participate/national-public-lands-day/
